The next step would an online or in person assessment session. This is a strictly confidential discussion taking up to 1.5 hours, allowing us to get a feel for our potential counselling relationship.
If we agree to start, we will set a specific time and place (in person or online) to meet every week. Before the first counselling session I would send you a few documents to complete and return.
